Christian Hansen, the operator of the SEA.IQ PLUS optical sorting machine, stated how clearly he can see the difference between having to use days to configure the optical sorter to do just the right configuration of a recipe, to now being able to switch to many different products per day as the configuring of the machine is so easy. “It’s a fact, that after the SEA.IQ PLUS was upgraded with the BRAIN™ technology, I feel like I am cheating, as the BRAIN™ technology is better at configuring the machine than anyone ever can,” said Christian Hansen. “As a very small company, as we are at Jensen Seeds, we really benefit from the expertise that BRAIN™ has given us. It was very important that we could adjust the recipes between different products daily, and that’s what BRAIN™ has allowed us to do. We can now easily change products and make small adjustments in recipes with the benefit of BRAIN™'s expertise. We are now able to process all products, meeting all requirements for the client and top-quality standards. These were not recipes we could create ourselves before BRAIN™. We can decide all the quality standards ourselves, and the machine will provide it just as we wanted with this AI technology.”
