Cimbria’s CycloFan series provides dust separation combined with low energy consumption. The CycloFan features an impeller that combines the benefits of both centrifugal and axial fans, making them even more efficient at higher pressure resistance and delivering a higher airflow rate. Dust is separated using centrifugal force in a rotating airstream created by a special impeller and guide vanes. The dust particles are thrown against the cylinder walls, separating the dust-laden air in the separation section. The polluted air is separated in the mini cyclone, and dust is discharged through an airlock valve. The air from the mini cyclone is returned to the Cyclofan’s suction side, recirculating finer dust particles to extract even more of these hard-to-catch particles.
