Legumes Processing
Cimbria supplied the most advanced food processing technology to Ilta Alimentare S.p.A in Italy, who has a production plant that focuses on the pulses business. The company produces, processes, and sells legumes, grain, seeds, and other innovative plant-based products.
The Plant Manager, Claudio Carriere, discusses the importance of high-quality processing, considering pulse consumption has grown exponentially worldwide. Cimbria Complete Solutions provides high-quality cleaning, sorting and grading equipment to ensure the highest quality of pulses and food.
Soya Processing Plant
The Sporos soybean processing plant is the Far East's largest and most modern high-tech soya processing plant. This plant was designed specifically to clean and store soybeans both for seeds and food. Built in record time and has a ground-breaking intake capacity of 50 tons per hour. From seed intake to packing, the processing line consists of 10 stations equipped with Cimbria’s destoning, drying, pre-cleaning, fine cleaning, grading, color sorting, and coating solutions. High flexibility and automation that allows each station to be used separately for different processes when required. With Cimbria’s experts, you can also maximise your production and reach the next level of soybean quality.
